How to obtain MC3 Helmet Materials( 3 min) - Crespo Dg

The character in the video is not fully geared and only has Helion Wep +10, +7 Helion Set and helpyron braces and full ALL ATTK starter crests

Let's get straight ahead to the keypoints & tips on how to clear this dungeon fast. (This is a guide for new players to finish the dungeon efficiently)
I will post the link(unlisted youtube video) below on how i exactly finish this dungeon fast, comment if you have much faster way to finish this
 

• When you finish this room(Abyss Lupain), immediately finish talking to altar and go straight to the last boss room. Skip the other room

When you reach the final boss room(Dread Laiden),

• DONT MOVE AROUND TOO MUCH (especially when the rockfall traps is about to get triggered)
• I ADVICE YOU STAY AT THE CORNER
• LET ROCKFALL TRAPS STACK TOGETHER WHEN THEY ARE ABOUT TO FALL (the rockfall signs turn from orange to red when they are about to fall), so you move away when exactly when it is red. I recommend dashing out if you are not used to this
• CONTROL YOUR COMBO, DO NOT OVERTHROW SKILLS - you will usually die if you get caught in the middle of animation, so timing is the key. Go all out after it triggers the rockfall
