  - Number of matches must be at least 35% of the average.
  - N Penalty increases the farther away from 35% of average # of matches character is
- SR Decay (72 hours)
  - Atleast 3 matches must be played within 72 hours or SR decay starts
  - SR decay increases each day beyond the 72 hours until matches are played
