EXP Bonuses
First, here are the EXP bonuses currently in-game:

While 40%, 50%, and 60% can be obtained from a randombox in D-shop.

Party EXP bonus - the more members a party has, the more exp each member gets. A party of 7 will get more exp than 6, than 5, etc.
Fastest 200-230: Dungeoneering
As of March 2024, this is the fastest way to level up to 230. However, there are certain limitations:

Limited runs per day - some dungeons can only be entered 3x or 5x in a day. For example, you can level from 200 to 230 in a few hours by doing Tower of Magic dungeon runs. However, this dungeon is limited to 3 runs per day.

Difficulty of the dungeon - as a new player, you may have difficulties surviving and leveling efficiently in certain dungeons.

Party Limitations - certain dungeons can only be entered with 3 or more people. If you do not have 3 characters to play with, you will not be able to enter on your own. This requires finding other people to level with.
These are the best dungeons to level:
Tower of Magic:
This is by far the dungeon that gives the most exp. This dg requires 3 people to start. Enter with 7 people for best EXP. Note that you may have difficulty surviving in this dungeon if all people in the party are new players with no gear. This is found in Mitera via the NPC Bedro. The ticket to the dungeon is also given by the NPC, which is limited to 3 per day. For full details click here:
Kastrioti Mansion:
This is the second-best dungeon that gives good exp. This dungeon requires 3 people to start. Enter with 7 people for best EXP. This dungeon is a lot weaker than Tower of Magic. However, it should still be difficult for players with no gear. This dungeon is found in Dravice Field via the NPC Entrance Mansion. The ticket to the dungeon is also given by the NPC, which is limited to 5 per day. You may buy extra tickets from NPC Rising Helion with 10 Mitera's Insanity Fragments. For full details click here:
Abandoned Qune's Temple:
This is another dungeon that gives good exp. This dungeon can be started alone. Enter with 7 people though for best EXP. This dungeon is between Mansion and Tower of Magic in difficulty. It would still be difficult for players with no gear. This dungeon is found in Shangri-La via NPC Abandoned Qune's Temple [Dungeon]. The ticket to the dungeon is given by the NPC, which is unlimited. Recommended 200-230: Red Hole
Every couple hours, Mitera map has an in-game event named Red Hole. A good number of mobs will spawn from different areas which give good EXP. To join one, find a party via the party search. There will be parties named red hole, or RH. Join and stay at the spot where your party is. For full details click here:
Recommended 210-230: Deadfront & Ice Castle
These two events are the absolute best for leveling. To enter DF, you may teleport using Holy Water directly to “[Chain of Fire] Entrance”. Without Holy Water, you may teleport directly via Hermas NPC in Ardeca. To enter Ice Castle, just go to Heihaff. You may teleport using Holy Water directly to “[Valley of Freeze] Ice Castle”. Without Holy Water, you may also use Hermas NPC in Ardeca. There is no need for maps to enter anymore like the usual DF. Just apply the party with a minimum of 4 members. However, it is recommended to have more members in the party to boost EXP.

BEST AND ONLY WAY FROM 230-250: Lost Horizon
This event is the only way to get from 230 to 250 because of how fast it is compared with other ways. These are events that occur during 4:00 AM/PM UTC and 9:00 AM/PM UTC. For full details click here:
