General Changes/Bug Fixes

• Fixed a minor issue with Half Bagi that negatively impacted blockrate per DEX
• Fixed several texts ranking from NPCs to skill descriptions
• New buff/debuff description style: all buffs/debuffs will display exact stats affected now.
• Draco Battle schedule has been changed to only occur on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• DK Square Raid Exp (> 7 members) has been fixed
