Patch 11.8: Draco Battle, Zuto Weapons/Accessories, and more!

Important Info

We've split this patch into multiple parts: 11.8 and 11.9. Today we will apply 11.8 (which contains everything in the patch notes below.
In 1-3 days we will have another update with some tweaks, additional prizes for DK Square and Draco Battle, more new content, and some other stuff.
We have several pretty awesome updates in the works -- more details and info coming soon.
Performance update to fix some issues with party crash and a few other issues coming this month.
New Years Gifts:
- We sincerely apologize for the delay in sending the new years gifts that we promised. We had a bug with the script that sent the gifts and we had to delay it to avoid risking some people not properly receiving the gifts. We will do our best to get the new years gifts sent out next week.

Zuto Weapons + Accessories

New Z Coin Exchange
- Added New Z-Coin Exchange added to Rising Helion and Brands NPC
Zuto Weapons & Accessories
- Zuto Weapons/Accessories are PvP-oriented. We previously disabled them to give people time to build their normal sets and so that we can remove the RNG on them.
- RNG Removal - Rank Options
  - Similar to how we removed rank-option RNG on several other items, we've removed the rank option RNG on Zuto Weapons and accessories.

Rising Helion (SoD-Exchange / D-Shop) Updated

New: Blacksmith Protector
- This item is only useful for certain items (such as DK-Square gloves)
- Blacksmith Protector - Added to D-Shop
- Blacksmith Protector - Added to Rising Helion (Seed of Dream exchange)
New: Blacksmith's Talisman
- Added Best Blacksmith's Talisman Randombox to D-Shop
  - 50/50 chance to get 30% or 40% Blacksmith's Talisman
  - This is the RNG-less version of Blacksmith Treasure Box (which had Talismans from 18%-50% but with ridiculous rates)
Updated: C-Coin (needed for Draco Battle)
- We've decreased the price C-Coins because you need them to enter Draco Battle.
  - Old price: 1,250 Seed of Dreams -> 50 C Coins
  - New price: 800 Seed of Dreams -> 120 C Coins

Bug Fixes / General

Expedition (Raid) parties have been temporarily disabled in DK-Square due to an issue with EXP
Added system to prevent and log dual-logging in DK-Square, Draco Battle, and Zuto Battle
Prepared some files for future updates
Events Ending
- Ardeca theme will be changed to Spring version
- Santa Karon Dungeon will be disabled and event items will be deleted
Added color coding + icons to several D-Shop + D-Exchange (Rising Helion) boxes to help differentiate.
