I don't know what this is. I was doing Colo for Fight tickets and disconnected with a bug reporter. I couldn't log back in and got this message. I also logged out on my other characters because they were skill-spamming and not using their abilities in auto-battle. This is the second time I've seen this issue today and it seems to be related to Colo party battle events. Always seems to be about 30 minutes before or after the event.

starter items are just exactly that. you're not supposed to upgrade them. you have to go buy the basic item first and then follow the upgrade chain till you reach the devil horn. these are the steps incase the link doesnt work Upgrading Tears of Mitera to Great Devil's Horn: Get your Tears of Mitera from Tes (NPC, Ardeca) Go to Aria -> Upgrade -> Accessories and upgrade: Tears of Mitera -> Mitera's Blurry Tears -> Mitera's Delicate Tears -> Mitera's Shiny Tears -> Mitera's Bright Tears -> -> Karon's Fangs -> Mitera's Bright Tears -> Delicate Karon's Fang -> Shiny Karon's Fang -> Bright Karon's Fang -> -> Devil's Horn -> Devil's Horn -> Sturdy Devil's Horn -> Shiny Devil's Horn -> Great Devil's Horn
