      Farming Guide [done]

coldy990 posted a guide in New Players

Farming Guide Summary We'll break this down into two types. First, 100% AFK Battle Supporting which is the ability to AFK using the Battle Support system, Dungeoneering, and Boss Hunting. Battle Supporting This is an in-game system that allows a player to keep his character attacking at any map. Note that you can play multiple clients at once which is limited to 3x per device. For full details on how it works click here: Popular maps are Mitera, Arcadia, Arcadia Prison, and Dravice Field. Here are a couple points about these maps for Battle Support. Mitera This is a DK Server map and allows PK. Players AFK here for the following materials: Mitera's Ghost Fragments, Mitera's Insanity Fragments, Mitera's Anger Fragments, Fortress Vouchers, Gniar's Stolen Scrolls, and Snowflakes. Because the map is PK-enabled, you can almost guarantee that your AFK character here will be getting killed every couple hours. For every set amount of monsters killed, this map activates the Red Hole event which makes a lot of monsters respawn around the following spots: Red Hole (Village), Red Hole (Tomb), Red Hole (Swamp). These monsters do not really drop anything but they give great EXP. You may want to consider AFK-ing around these spots. Arcadia This is a normal Server map (both Ark and Suki). Players AFK here for the following materials: Seed of Dreams, Gemstones, C Coin, Gniar's Stolen Scrolls, and a small amount of Argates (Copper, Silver and Gold). There are three types, Polluted, Purified and Event. Purified map is useless. Polluted/Event maps have a minor difference. You can go to Arcadia Prison from Polluted, but not the Event. The number of monsters and drops are exactly the same with Polluted and Event map. This map is not PK-enabled. However, this is a special map. To survive in this map, you require Arcadia Protections which can be bought via D-shop or Seed of Dreams. Note that buying it via SOD is way way cheaper compared to D-shop. Arcadia Protections generally last 1 hour. Some protections when given as a reward can last for 6 hours. If you have Holy Water, you can set up Arcadia Protection to be used every hour. Otherwise, you can use multiple Arcadia Protections on top of another and add up to however long you will be AFK. It is essentially a buff. 1 hour on top of another is possible, 6 hour on top of 1 hour protections are also possible. Arcadia Prison This is a normal Server map (both Ark and Suki). Players AFK here for the following materials: Liberty Essences, Gemstones, Snowflakes, C Coin, and Fortress Vouchers. This map is not PK-enabled. This holds a highly similar mechanic as Arcadia with a very minor difference. In Arcadia, as long as you never hit a monster, you do not need Arcadia Protections. However, as soon as you enter Arcadia Prison, your HP will get drained if you do not have Arcadia Protection activated. Dravice Field This is a DK Server map and allows PK. Players AFK here for the following materials: Crap Gems and Shining Dravician Ring. This map is PK-enabled. However, this map is not popular to AFK in because of fewer valuable drops so you are mostly safe. This spot is the most common for the Dravician Ring. Check this page before trying to farm the Dravician Ring. Dungeoneering: A solid way of farming in Dekaron Rising is via doing the dungeons. Here are most of the dungeons, their drops, limitations and other factors with regards to the dungeons. Each dungeon has their own pages with full details, walkthrough, tips etc. Feel free to check that section in the guides for more information. The following dungeons are listed in terms of relevance. Elonohm (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Makaio NPC -> Valley Rift -> Ydnak NPC -> Elonohm Sanctuary -> Elonohm This dungeon has the most value and is fairly easy. The dungeon gives a good amount of Seed of Dreams (400 or 500 per run) and around 50 million dil. The dungeon has a minimum requirement of 1 player party. Just create a party with you as the only member then enter the dungeon. The dungeon is limited to 5x per day per character. There are a couple traps in the dungeon that can potentially kill you if you do not pay attention. But you will be 99% safe most of the time. Also, if you have very low damage, the first section of the dungeon will spawn monsters that can one shot you. Forgotten Temple (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Closed Dimensional Door NPC -> Mitera -> Forgotten Temple The dungeon has the following drops: 55-60 million dil per run. 1st Grade Weapon Mudrock Mitera Box which gives 150 Mitera's Anger Fragments, 150 Mitera's Ghost Fragments, and 30 Mitera's Insanity Fragments. Helpyron's Flame (binded) The dungeon does not have a limit on the number of runs. This dungeon has a tricky spider room. After killing a certain amount of spiders, Circlopse will spawn which can one shot you, which causes you to fail the dungeon. To deal with the spawn, you need to use fast AOE skills during this section. Karon's Firepot (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Closed Dimensional Door NPC -> Mitera -> Karon's Fire Pot The dungeon has the following drops: Magical Penetration Stone 0.3% Physical Penetration Stone 0.3% Health All Defense 73 Health Critical Resistance Stone 6% Health Sardonyx 30 Enhanced Jewel MP 4000 Jewel HP 3000 (binded) Jewel MP 3000 (binded) Jewel Speed 5% Jewel Battle 4% Helpyron's Weapon Package Helpyron's Armor Box The dungeon does not have a limit on the number of runs per day. This dungeon has a tricky spider room. After killing a certain amount of spiders, Circlopse will spawn which can one shot you, which causes you to fail the dungeon. To deal with the spawn, you need to use fast AOE skills during this section. Ruins of Baz (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Makaio NPC -> Valley Rift -> Dravice Village (Dravice Town) -> Ancient Presence [Dungeon] NPC -> Ruins of Baz The dungeon gives 450 Gniar's Stolen Scroll per run. The dungeon does not have a limit on the number of runs per day. This dungeon is fairly straightfoward. The bosses can drain your HP which may be dangerous if you are not paying attention and your class does not have HP recovery. Ruins of Rudene (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Makaio NPC -> Valley Rift -> Dravice Village (Dravice Town) -> Ancient Presence [Dungeon] NPC -> Ruins of Rudene The dungeon has two directions: North and South. The direction is random for every run. Both directions give 200 Seed of Dreams. However, only the North type gives 25-30 million dils. The dungeon does not have a limit on the number of runs per day. Colosseum Arena (Solo / Party) (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Walk to Colosseum Lobby -> Dein NPC -> Colosseum Arena Dungeon The dungeon has two types Solo or Party. The Party dungeon has a minimum requirement of 1 player parties. Just create a party with you as the only member then enter the dungeon. The dungeon has the following drops: Champion's Token Fight Ticket God of War Socket 4% God of War Socket 5% The dungeon does not have a limit on the number of runs per day. The Solo dungeon should be easy but the Party dungeon could be difficult for newer players. Tower of Magic (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Closed Dimensional Door NPC -> Mitera -> Bedro NPC (Elder Priest) -> Tower of Magic Dungeon This dungeon has a minimum requirement of 3-player parties. This is also limited to 3 runs per character per day. The dungeon has the following drops: Fire Stone IV Ice Stone IV Lightning Stone IV Poison Stone IV Curse Stone IV Dark Stone IV Jewel Piercing 1.5% Jewel Battle 5% Jewel HP 4000 Jewel MP 4000 Jewel Speed 7% Theos Fragments Tower of Magic has a fair difficulty. It may be problematic for parties with no HP recovery or healing. The final boss room has a 1-shot mechanic. There are four symbols on the four corners of the room. Once the boss shows a symbol, you must go to that corner to avoid getting killed by the explosion. Kastrioti Mansion (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Makaio NPC -> Valley Rift -> Dravice Village (Dravice Town) -> Dravice Field-> Kastrioti Mansion This dungeon has a minimum requirement of 3-player parties. This is limited to 5 runs per day. However, you can get extra tickets by purchasing from the Rising Helion NPC in Ardeca. The dungeon has the following drops: Magical Penetration Stone 0.5% Physical Penetration Stone 0.5% Health All Defense 79 Health Critical Resistance Stone 7% Health Sardonyx 40 Attack Bead 11% Attack Cube 11% Attack Sphere 11% Attack Skull 11% Attack Crystal 11% Attack Onyx 11% Kastrioti Mansion has a fair difficulty. It may be problematic for parties with no HP recovery or healing. The final boss room has a 1-shot mechanic. There are four statues on the left and the right side of the room. Once the boss shows the warning for the explosion, there must be at least two players on any of the lit-up statues. There could be 1 on the left and 1 on the right, or 2 on the left, or 2 on the right. Abandoned Qune's Temple (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Arcadia Messenger NPC -> Arcadia -> Shangri-La -> Abandoned Qune's Temple This dungeon does not have any limits except that you must be on a party when you enter. The dungeon has the following drops: Helion's Weapon Ex-Box New Qune's Title Exchange Ticket 6% / 7% / 8% / 9% / 10% Vital Attack Bead / Cube / Sphere / Skull / Crystal / Onyx 6% / 7% / 8% / 9% / 10% Piercing Attack Bead / Cube / Sphere / Skull / Crystal / Onyx 6% / 7% / 8% / 9% / 10% Destructive Attack Bead / Cube / Sphere / Skull / Crystal / Onyx 6% / 7% / 8% / 9% / 10% Resistance Attack Bead / Cube / Sphere / Skull / Crystal / Onyx 10% / 11% Piercing Attack Selectbox 10% / 11% STR / DEX / SPR Attack Selectbox Examples: 6% Vital Attack Cube may drop, 10% Resistance Attack Onyx may drop, etc. 10% Piercing Attack Selectbox may drop. 11% STR Attack Selectbox may drop. 10% SPR Attack Selectbox may drop. Kastrioti Mansion has a fair difficulty. Scream Cave (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Makaio NPC -> Valley Rift -> Ydnak NPC -> Elonohm Sanctuary -> Scream Cave This dungeon must be run solo and has a limit of 5 per day. The dungeon is mostly run for just the Red Monkey Earrings drop. It may drop as +0, +1, +2, +3 etc. of different stats. This item is only used for the following conversions via Rising Helion: Scream Cave is fairly easy. Make sure to get the right elemental resistance from the statues on the first section. The boss has a reflect buff that looks like a fireball debuff which can easily get your HP to 1. This means that 1 attack from the boss may kill you if you are not watching your HP. Death Corridor (without Holy Water) Ardeca -> Makaio NPC -> Deneb -> Butler Alfredo -> Death Corridor This dungeon must be run solo and has a limit of 2 per day. There are two types Normal (20 rounds) and Hard (30 rounds). The only reason you would go for Normal type is for the Title. Otherwise, always go for the Hard version. The dungeon has the following drops: Circulation Argate I Circulation Argate II Circulation Argate III Circulation Argate IV Circulation Argate V Death Corridor is fairly easy. There are certain rounds where you will be running from spikes and explosions that can damage you greatly and fireballs that can 1-shot you. You will be on maximum movement speed during this dungeon. You just need to pay attention to avoiding the obstacles. Every 5 rounds, you will face a boss. These 2 bosses (Round 20 & Round 30) has some difficulties: The Round 20 boss has a freeze debuff and bleed at the same time. Make sure to keep your HP as high as possible at all times. The Round 25 boss has a mana drain but it is not really a problem of survival but a matter of annoyance. The Round 30 boss has a reflect buff that can make you drop your HP to 1. This means that 1 attack from the boss may kill you if you are not watching your HP. Boss Hunting As of April 2024, there are only two bosses that can be farmed. Mitera Terror Mitera Terror will spawn randomly in Mitera in the upper left corner. Announcements will be made both in-game and on Discord when the monster appears. The location in the map will be revealed in the announcement, though, sometimes it will be unknown. This event is NOT associated with Red Hole. That is separate. Boss Stats Difficulty: High Ownership: Disabled Mechanics: Mitera Terror's attacks will strengthen the closer you are to defeating him, so be careful! Spawns --> Mitera Terror can control spirits across Mitera, beware of other monsters he may control to fight on his side. Oneshot AOE --> Keep an eye out for early warning signs! The terror can create bursts of energy notorious for large areas of fighters. Lunar Dragon Slay the dragons for high EXP, mounts, and other rewards. The main spot (as shown above) is at the upper left of Mitera. There are two other locations: Random spawn anywhere in Mitera Deadfront boss area.

      Starter Guide [Callback]

coldy990 posted a guide in New Players

How to Start Efficiently in 2024? Hello! Welcome to Dekaron Rising. This guide is built for people who are overwhelmed with new information and do not know where to start. Some quick notes: As of October 2023, all characters created start at Level 200. You already have Meisters, Grand Meisters, and Trans UP 3 Unlocked! You are also given a few freebie boxes, open them and use them as needed. READ EVERYTHING IN THE INVENTORY IF YOU ARE NEW - YOU MIGHT DISCARD IMPORTANT ITEMS!!! As of November 2023, new characters created no longer have the 15-day Holy Water in the Level 199 box. A 1-day HW is in the Level 220 Box, 7-day HW in the Level 225 Box, and 15-day HW in the Level 227 Box. Along with this, there are some extra freebies which will help you in your journey. Here is how I will start my character (as someone who played since the start of the server and has not stopped since) if I am entering the server today. Take any of the following with a grain of salt - and better yet, learn from it and make it better for your own journey. Quick Guides AFK Leveling (Arcadia Parties) This is a quick way to level up to 210 (to max Grand Meister skills) really early on if there are parties available. Find a party using the party search. Open the Party UI, click “Find” then click “Search”. MAKE SURE TO NOT ATTACK TO AVOID DYING. ‘Arcadia’ and ‘Arcadia Prison’ require you to have an item buff named ‘Arcadia Protection’ activated which would not be available to you early on. Pictures for party search AFK Leveling (Arcadia Prison) This is the better version of the Arcadia Party. Similar concept but you need ‘Arcadia Protection’ activated AT ALL TIMES. You will die here without it activated EVEN IF YOU DO NOT ATTACK. It is optimal to use Battle Support in this map so you can level even if you are not actively playing in-game. However, because of the changes to the Holy Water freebies, you may level at Arcadia Prison later on instead. Deadfront / Ice Castle This is the best way for you to level up at all stages of the game. However, it is only available during certain times. Look for the events time on the Launcher and on the Website. Page AFK Farming (Mitera) Great way of farming early on if you are not active in-game and it gives a bit of exp at the early levels too. You will get here items such as Mitera Ghost, Insanity, and Anger fragments, Seed of Dreams, Snowflakes, and Gemstones which will be important later on. **Note the Holy Water change from above. You may not be able to this way of farming as much in current times. Early Dungeons you should do Elonohm - teleport to Elonohm Shrine [Elonohm] directly using Holy Water or teleport from Makaio -> Valley Rift, walk to Ydnak NPC -> Elonohm Sanctuary, then walk to Elonohm (Dungeon). Dungeon gives a good amount of EXP, dil, and Seed of Dreams (5x a day) Page Ruins of Baz - teleport to Dravice Village using Holy Water then teleport to Ancient Presence (Dungeon). Without Holy Water, teleport from Makaio -> Valley Rift, walk to Dravis Town, then walk to Ancient Presence (Dungeon). Dungeon gives a starter amount of dil, and Gniar’s Stolen Scroll (unlimited runs) Page Ruins of Rudene - same entry as Ruins of Baz. Gives a starter amount of dil, and Seed of Dreams (unlimited runs) Page Forgotten Underground Temple - Using holy water, teleport from Ardeca map to Closed Dimensional Door then enter Mitera. From here, teleport or walk to the entrance. Without holy water, just walk the whole way from Ardeca. Dungeon gives a good amount of dil, Mitera’s Ghost Fragment, Mitera’s Anger Fragment, Mitera’s Insanity Fragment, Helpyron’s Flame, and Weapon Mudrocks. Page Karon’s Fire Pot - Similar to Forgotten Underground Temple, they are both located in Mitera. However, the entrance of Karon's Fire Pot is just on a nearby location as Forgotten Underground Temple. You can get Stone Gems, Armor Gems, Weapon Gems, Jewel Gems, Helpyron Armor Boxes, Steel Gemstone from here. Page Colosseum (Solo) Arena - Enter via buying tickets from Dein NPC, located in Colosseum Lobby. To get to the lobby, enter the door (behind Capelia Myst High Priest NPC) at the bottom left of Ardeca. This dungeon gives you Fight Tickets, Champion Tokens, and Grade Points. Page Once you have read the quick guides, we can move on to the actual start of the game. The 3x Characters you want Note that a player is allowed to use 3 clients per device. I would create any Main character (up to you), and two farming characters: Good starting choices are Vicious Summoner (Synthetic Bringer), and a Segita Shooter (Pierce). I would also create a separate account as my “24/7 seller”. This is done via the Consignment Seller skill. I will be trading items from my farming characters to this account and sell them here so I can sell items even if my computer is offline. Why a TB Summoner and a Pierce Shooter? First, a TB Summoner is the strongest class at the start, and is solid at all types of PVE from early game to the endgame. The main reason is the surviability. This class has Shadow Revenge which gives great Damage Resistance and Blood Bats which allows you to heal up to full HP. This will allow you to finish any early dungeon with just the freebie items equipped. Because of innate survivability, you can opt to go full STR making your character naturally have high damage output while not dying in dungeons. Then, a Pierce Shooter is the strongest PVE class in terms of raw damage output. This will finish the dungeons the fastest given that the character can survive. For this “pretend” scenario, I will be restricting myself to 3 clients played at once. You may use as many as you want, depending on your capabilities in terms of devices and how much time you have. First Week in Rising (Main Character only) For the first 7 days, my Main character will 24/7 be AFK in Arcadia Prison parties (ideally) or Arcadia. This is dependent on whether you are spending on Holy Water and Arcadia Protections at the start. With the new Holy Water change, expect to AFK on Arcadia most of the time. I would be staying AFK at parties in Arcadia, whenever they are available. The reasoning for this is the 7-day EXP Talisman freebie. This will catapult you into high levels right at the start. Along with this, attend Deadfront / Ice Castle as much as you can. picture of the result after 7-day AFK (level 225-226). What YOU SHOULD DO at the start First, create your main character. I would highly recommend starting with a PVE character such as a Summoner, or a Shooter like I have said above. For this guide, I created a main Shooter. The first thing you do with this character is 5x Elonohm. Here is what an Elonohm looks like as a starter character: sample video After 5 runs you will have something like this: picture With this farm, sell your Seed of Dreams and focus on getting your Meisters / Grand Meisters maxed. For example, I was able to sell the following into this via buying Arcadia Protections trading them for 35m each, and bought 20k Gniar's Stolen Scroll for 700m dil. pictures Here are the results after using 20k Scrolls: picture Then, you have an important decision to make. The fastest way to farm in the early game is doing Elonohm DG. As of November 2023, a starter character can finish it. Are you willing to do 1 dungeon hundreds of times? If yes, you will be creating a bunch of 'alt' Farming characters. Around 10-15 characters. These characters you will use ONLY TO DO Elonohm (5x Daily). A combination of 4500 Snowflakes and 4500 Gemstones will be key to get your mount. This is crucial because of how fast you can navigate the maps with it. The Seed of Dreams you farm should be sold to buy the things you need first, or you can dump them all into Arcadia Protections whenever you do not need dil. Seed of Dreams are not tradeable. However, the items you can exchange with using Seed of Dreams are not. Your main character will need Arcadia Protections to level up in Arcadia Prison for the first 7 days. Note that Arcadia Prison is A LOT faster than Arcadia. You will not be available to play 24/7 on 3 characters at once. It is efficient to always keep 2x characters AFK (if you have Holy Water) while you play actively on your main character. If you do not like this way, you may do the following below: Farming without Elonohm Alts For this way, you will be doing Ruins of Rudene and Colosseum (Solo) Arena. These dungeons do not have a limit. Rudene will give you Seed of Dreams and dil. Colosseum Arena will give you Fight Tickets, Champion Tokens, and God of War socket gems. Sample Ruins of Rudene Sample Colosseum (Solo) Arena Make sure to upgrade your Shooter’s Meister and Grand Meister first as they are much more important for you at the start. Personally, I would do step #1 and rush sell materials until my Shooter’s Meisters and Grand Meisters are at least maxed. Then, after upgrading skills, the tickets and tokens you continue to farm will be used to make your God of War Bracelet and Champion Bracelet. The God of War socket gems can be used to make Socket Powder that you can sell, or you can use them as ‘crap gems’ to socket your weapons, bracelets, and belts. You need 380 Fight Tickets and 1700 Champion Tokens in total. Another dungeon you can spam is Karon’s Fire Pot. Your goal will be to acquire Weapon Gems, Stone Gems, and Jewel Gems (optional) as they will be of great value to your free items. Get 9% Elemental Weapon Gems which matches your character's element, while physical-based damage may use any element. For example, Shooters you may use 9% Lightning Weapon Gems and 7% Lightning Stone Gems for bracelets/belts while for Twin Blade Summoners, you may use any element. If you are lucky enough, you could get Jewel Battle gems which can give you attack damage for your wings. If not, you may just buy them from the Agency. Other items here will drop which you may sell for dil: Helpyron Armor Boxes, Armor Gems, and Steel Gemstone. The other gems that you would not need for now like Enhanced Jewel MP, Health Sardonyx, Health All Defence, etc. you may sell for now. Note that you do not need, and you cannot put Armor Gems in the free starter set. The free +15 set itself has the 4x armor gems stats already in it. Sample Karon's Fire Pot After you get the gems you need in Karon’s Fire Pot, you should have a good amount of ‘crap gems’. Use the crap gems you got from Fire Pot or Colosseum Arena to socket your Twin Blade, Pierce, Bracelets, Belts, and other weapons you will be using. Sample Daily Routine as a starter After you are done with socketing your weapons, bracelets and belt, you should now be able to do all of the following dungeons with ease: Elonohm (only 5x per day) Forgotten Underground Temple (unlimited) Ruins of Rudene (unlimited) Ruins of Baz (unlimited) Colosseum (Solo) Arena (unlimited) Karon’s Fire Pot (unlimited) Repeat all the dungeons above until your 3 characters have the following: Maxed Meisters and Grand Meisters Socketed Free Elite Helpyron +7 Weapons Socketed Panacea Bracelets (x2 per farming character) Socketed Gold Dragon Scale Belt Socketed God of War Bracelet and Socketed Champion Bracelet (for your main) PVE Mount Type 1 for all characters Future upgrades you can buy / make (if you are a fast farmer): Rare Frozen Necklace Page link Abyss-Fallen Sailor’s Ring Page link Offensive Wings Page link PVE pet + pet ATK gem Page link Talisman V Page link Aquanic / Snowflake Emblem V Page link Divine Moon Star Earrings Page link Daily Routine after 7 days Same dungeons as before, with the following added: Sacred Claw - until you have crafted your Perpetuus Dravice Secret Passageway - until you get your title Python Castle - until you get your title Favnil’s Nest - until you get 25 Lava Stones Last step, you may move on to the tougher dungeons and tougher maps. Both of them require a party of 3 players to start. You may bring more players as much as you need. Here are the two: Kastrioti’s Mansion (party of 3) Maxed Armor Gems Tower of Magic (party of 3) Maxed Jewel Gems, IV Stone Gems, and Grade Points Arcadia (AFK) Snowflakes, Gemstones, Gniar's Stolen Scrolls, Seed of Dreams, C Coins, Copper/Silver/Gold Argates Requires Arcadia Protection activated at all times Arcadia Prison (AFK) Liberty Essence, Gemstones, Fortress Vouchers, Snowflakes, C Coins, Copper/Silver/Gold Argates, Copper/Silver/Gold Argates Requires Arcadia Protection activated at all times Once you are now using your main character actively, you may do the following easy titles for stats (as you see fit, and as many as you can). You may complete other titles if you believe you can. Savior (2/34) +25 Heal stats. Doomed Maze -> Python Castle (InDun) Python Castle Dungeon - Kill 1000 prisoners to complete the quest. Get 1x Baron's Crystal, 1x Baron's Necklace, 1x Bishop's Bible, 1x Bishop's Crystal, 1x Helpyron's Eye, 1x Helpyron's Nail, 1x Helpyron's Skin from the dungeon. Suffering Corridor (17/34) +125 All Attack Denebe -> Butler Alfredo [NPC] Death Corridor - Clear Normal Mode Greedy One (19/34) +125 All Attack Denebe -> Butler Alfredo [NPC] Death Corridor - Clear Easy Mode Solo Champion (20/34) +125 All Attack Ardeca -> Colosseum Lobby -> Dein [NPC] Colosseum Arena (Solo) - Finish the dungeon. From here on out, feel free to do any of the dungeons that make the most profit for you. Figure out the items that the market needs then farm them. At this point, it is a matter of repetition and quick grinding until you reach the endgame. Make up your own routines and achieve all of the goals found in the full Progression Guide.
