• This update is primarily a maintenance release.
  • We're doing some database upgrades, client stability, and major architectural changes. To minimize the risk of bugs or worse issues we have prepared files for the next few updates but have not activated the content yet. The client update added to the launcher already is a bit large but the good news is that it means content updates will be smaller since most of the files have already been prepared 🙂

Elmar is contaminated by Charon's schemes and gradually becomes dark. To resolve the situation, Sophos, the captain of the bodyguard, enlists the help of the valiant Dekarons. The commissioned Dekarons were investigating the Elmar area.He finds a door that has been closed by powerful magic, and it reads:

"Only those who are permitted to enter this place are allowed to enter. Look past the broken ship and find the depths of the sea.'

They conveyed the situation to the captain of the guard, Sophos,After consulting with several dragons, it was discovered that the place to which this sentence refers is a "forgotten shipwreck."

Sophos again sends the dekarons a commission to investigate a forgotten shipwreck.While exploring the shipwreck, the Dekarons discover a special stone inscribed with a mysterious rune.With the stone in their hands, the Dekarons returned to the magic gate in Elmar,With the power of stone, you can open the door and step deeper into the abyss of Elmar.Wondering what fate awaits them, the Dekarons' hearts began to beat with tension. They will never give up. Until you dispel the darkness of Elmar and uncover the truth within.

Launcher Version 2024-03-09

This is only necessary if you want to update your launcher to the new version or if you have any problems with your launcher.

The game installer on the download page has also been updated with all of the latest game updates and the latest version of the launcher.

KR's Plan Highlights:

• Balance
  • Azure Knight, Segita Hunter, Incar Magician, Segu, and some other classes are noticeably weak
  • Their next balance patch is planned for October. Latest date: October 18th
  • The insane number of candies and buffs is a problem and they are looking to revamp this
    •    One possible plan is to have a itembuffspecific cap on certain stats
    •     There is going to be a consolidation of buff items so people don't have to spam so many
    •     The same may be done to scrolls and runes
    •     This is expected to start in October and continue through November.

 

• KR plans to open the rankings page and not allow people to hide their character's ranking profiles anymore.
  •     Their ranking system is not as intricate or useful as Rising's, but it's a cool idea to have ranking profiles.
• They are merging least populated "World/Server", mostly due to economy + Siege + it being dominated by one alliance.
  •     Therapy merged into Helion
• Shipwreck will be revamped
• A new Guild vs. Guild system  no details.
• A new Party vs. Party competitive system with adjustable rules. For example, party leaders can decide to not allow buffs or runes.
• Someone asked if there is a shutdown  date for Dekaron. The guy answered "Yes. It was actually several years ago." lol

This is a draft of the upcoming Territory War system that we are adding to bring back the old Siege and add unique new features.

How it will work

• Normal Siege castles are unaffected. They will still be every other Sunday.
• 24/7 Siege. Zenoa Castle. More castles in the future.

Zenoa Territory War

• Every 2 hours, Zenoa opens (Siege announcement). [Haven't decided -- either every 2 hours or 24/7]
• Normal castles are not opened, only Zenoa.

• Invasions / Raids
  • The castle may or may not be "invaded".
  • Teleports
    • The castle may be invaded from multiple points. There are different teleporters in various maps that can take you to Zenoa. Each teleports you to a different "spot" in Zenoa.
  • Goal of Invaders:
    • If the castle is invaded, it must be defended.
    • If the statue of JUTO is destroyed, the castle is awarded to the winners. The winners then get the rewards that spawn every two hours.

      • They can also be farmed in a few select places outside of the castle (such as Mitera)

      • When right clicked spawns meteors that spawn only inside Zenoa Castle for a set number of time.

4a. Account Trading or Selling & Sharing Accounts:

• Players are not allowed to ask someone for their account password.
• Giving out your password, sharing accounts is not recommended, giving your personal information is your own responsibility. (What ever happens next is not our business.)
• Purchasing / trading / selling of accounts, is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban across all accounts of both players.
• If a player reports being scammed and we detect/suspect account sharing, we reserve the right to refuse further investigation.
• No trading Rising Items or accounts for other servers / games items OR accounts.

  • We will rarely provide support related to scamming due to it being extremely time consuming (which takes away our time to work on the server).
  • In certain cases, especially those where we feel that someone may continue hurting the community, permanent bans will be applied.

We are going to be adding more weapon skins. Some will be ones that you may have seen before on Rising A9, and some will be new.
