We take pride in our innovative and robust network architecture and consider uptime, stability, and network performance (low latency) a very high priority. Our cutting-edge route-optimization technology was unfortunately susceptible to a type of network flooding attack which caused network issues. In addition to resolving these issues, we've also upgraded our network routing optimization and server hardware on Ark, DK2, and DK3 channels and nodes. Over the next few weeks we will be upgrading more server hardware and adding network nodes to improve latency even further.
