Character / Skill Balance

This balance update (full details below) contains several comprehensive changes that were very carefully planned. It is more complex than just thinking of it as "nerfs" and "buffs". The new balance takes into consideration both macro-level and micro-level balance and several types of competitive combat (small scale battles, large scale battles, 1v1, etc). Of course, balance is a long journey and we will continue to examine game data and make improvements accordinly.

There were certain instances where all monster damage resulted in a "MISS" due to the maximum being set to 100%. This change fixes that.
