We are relieved to announce that the "Server Disconnect" issue when switching channels, the most critical and frustrating issue, has been fully resolved. Our technical team worked tirelessly to identify and rectify the root cause, ensuring a stable and enjoyable experience for all our players moving forward.
The situation was akin to a perfect storm, involving not just the server disconnect issue but also simultaneous Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and complications with our anti-cheat systems. Each of these elements independently would have been significant, but in combination, they created an unusually disruptive scenario.
We will continue to do our absolute best. Nothing will stop the Rising.
