If you feel like someone is annoying you, add them to your blacklist so you can't see what they write in game. It becomes harassment if the player then dodges the blacklist filter by creating alts to PM you, guild names, pet names etc. Harassment is a serious offense punishable by account restrictions and potential bans. Enforcement To ensure that the rules are fairly and impartially enforced, I will be reviewing all reports personally. The ticket system has been updated to include a report category. Chat Logs Chat logs will be reviewed and action will be taken once confirmed. This is an example of chat logs in-game: Mutes, Account Restrictions, and Bans The action taken will depend on the severity of the harassment or hate speech. Mutes When someone is muted in game, they will be blocked from all in-game communication channels. When the mute expires, all chat functions will return to normal. 3. Staff Impersonation: It is strictly forbidden to impersonate any person. This includes, but not limited to; Dekaron Rising Staff and other players. 3. No Bug Exploitation: You may not exploit any bug that grants the player unnatural or unintended benefits in Dekaron Rising. (this includes attacking monsters from behind barriers and bugging bosses) If you communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug it is punishable. Furthermore If there is a bug or exploit it should be PM'd directly to an Executive Staff Member on Discord. Abusing or exploiting bugs may result in a permanent ban. Abusing the temporary godmode you gain for changing channel or map to steal monsters or avoid PK is not allowed. Abusing this ability to change channels will result in bans left at GM discretion. Teleporting in/trying to steal the Treasure chests granted to the winning party of Deadfront is considered bug exploit and will be treated as such. You are only allowed to take the chests if your party wins The Deadfront. Teleporting into the other teams base in DKSQ is considered bug exploitation and will be treated as such. Attacking monsters or other players through walls where the monsters/players have no chance of fighting back is also considered bug exploitation and will also be treated as such. 4a. Account Trading or Selling & Sharing Accounts: Players are not allowed to ask someone for their account password. Giving out your password, sharing accounts is not recommended, giving your personal information is your own responsibility. (What ever happens next is not our business.) Purchasing / trading / selling of accounts, is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban across all accounts of both players. If a player reports being scammed and we detect/suspect account sharing, we reserve the right to refuse further investigation. No trading Rising Items or accounts for other servers / games items OR accounts. 5a. No Trading for real life currencies: The transfer, rent, sales, commencing/trading, or endorsement of such actions, of ID/account, character or items for real money/currency is strictly forbidden. You will be banned. 5b. D-Coins Trading / Donation Selling: The sale of cash shop coins for in-game items is not prohibited, however we recommend exercising caution as scams may occur. Rising is not responsible for loss of items, replacement, and/or currency in relation to these actions, and we can therefore not help you retrieve the stolen items. As i remember Elonohm dg is now have new level requirements which is 230 due to other player abusing it. they make multiple alts character in order to farm as much as they want. now you need to reach Lvl 230 in order to enter that dg.

An integral skill of both CS and VS is soul link, but the way the summon gets killed in 1 short combo, in a few seconds, on the battlefield leaves these classes unable to fully take advantage of soul link. I understand that we only follow KR balance and they already added a skill called summoner's mastery; despite that, the summon still dies very quickly. Possible solutions: 1. Buff skill summoner's mastery to increase max hp of pet or damage reduction or both. 2. Another way is to reduce the cd of the summon (paranoia/arrogance) to 1 second so that once the pet dies, it can be resummoned instantly instead of waiting 30 seconds without soul link (current time). Hope this could be passed along to Ubifun for consideration.

They will still be every other Sunday. 24/7 Siege. Zenoa Castle. [Haven't decided -- either every 2 hours or 24/7] Normal castles are not opened, only Zenoa. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Invasions / Raids The castle may or may not be "invaded". Teleports The castle may be invaded from multiple points. There are different teleporters in various maps that can take you to Zenoa. Each teleports you to a different "spot" in Zenoa. Goal of Invaders: If the castle is invaded, it must be defended. If the statue of JUTO is destroyed, the castle is awarded to the winners. Condensed golds are still much too expensive/rare. Learning to craft Helion weapons or armor is insanely expensive. Weapon Mudrocks are too expensive/hard to farm. Not many players do like 40x Forgotten dungeon to get 150 of them for a single Helion weapon. Now Zuto weapons are hard to get as well. I have been online daily since i left the old A9 server but still dont have a single +10 item. On A9 dksq/ptm/br was the only content i cared about. Obviously i cant do any PVP related stuff like DKSQ this way. For me A31 is a mayor disapointment so far.

Zuto Weapons/Zuto Accessories: both have the same problem, not enough z coins coming in to supply market. Solution: make zuto battlefield more often, 1 or 2 a day would be nice. Branding: Not hard, simply just expensive. Solution: more brand locks for cheaper or keep as is, people should pay for perfect imo. Infinite Dragonic Perpetuus: The amount of materials needed to eventually roll a good perp will take months. Solution: make the rng stats better like the weps/armors, if its like that would be easier to get a desired perp.

It's gotten to a point that I believe is detrimental to the overall game experience and unfortunately we may have to start taking action if it continues. We're all here because we enjoy the game. At the end of the day, regardless of guild affiliation or competition -- we love the game and we play because we enjoy it. We have members from dozens of countries that speak dozens of language and each share their cultures. Competition is healthy and some trash talk is okay but when it turns into racism, personal attacks, or harassment it becomes detrimental to the server and demotivates players. This is a competitive game and there's nothing wrong with competition -- but lets leave it at that. Personal insults aren't necessary. Just PK each-other. Absolutely no one is except from these rules, and everyone will be held to the same standards. "Who started it" is irrelevant, it's whoever participated in hate speech or harassment. Rules & Enforcement At the bottom of this post, under the orange section, you will find the specific rules that will start being enforced to all members of the community. Just wanted to give some feedback on some launcher gripes I have. After typing in my log in information hitting enter doesn't start the log in process When we click log in the launcher goes like off to lala land and doesn't give any type of feedback that it's actually logging me in. Considering this takes about 60 seconds to log in, that amount of time with out the launcher confirming that it is in fact doing literally anything starts to make me second guess myself that maybe I didn't click log in. The "Play Now" button when its ready to actually play it should be some other color then gray after first installing i just sat there waiting for it to change to another color that would signal to the end user that the game is in fact ready to launch. Events, Party Match, Battle Royale, DK Square buttons on the launcher do nothing.

But where craft item cant now have big different players , x member know where farm or find one one item and can make op item use and fast farm but (Y) player idk where farm and how make good items ,they slow farm and weak.
