HI everyone! Apologies for the delay in response times and updates. Some stuff came up that threw our schedule off a bit, but the good news is that we are close to getting back on track. We're extremely excited to show you guys what we have planned. I've included a list of stuff (minus the top secret stuff 😉 ) below along with some time estimates.
About this update --> This update is not full of content and not as exciting as usual updates. Apologies for this, but this update includes a lot of behind-the-scenes improvements and preparations for future updates. In order to keep the server running with the best performance and minimize the occurence of bugs, we need to do "maintenance / backlog" updates like this every once in a while. This helps us stay up to date with the latest and greatest files and content for you. Thank you for your trust and understanding.

Patch 19.3 Notes
[JUMP 2] New Player Experience Improvements
We've made several improvements to help new players get started and be able to enjoy more aspects of the game while they build their set. Now it's quicker than ever to get started and join the action!

[Starter] Rondow Set +15

Built-in Gems

The starter set is not socket-able. Instead, we've made it easier for new players by hard-coding what gems would provide.

+15 Reinforcement Options, Set Effect, and more

The starter version is almost the same as the normal version. The only difference is that the starter version does not have Rank Options and is not brandable.

Set Effect --> Because the Starter Rondow set is part of the same set effect, you can keep using the starter and replace individual pieces while you build your actual Rondow set.

Example: When you finish making your Rondow +15 Gloves, you can use those with the Starter Rondow Helmet, Boots, Pants, Chest and you will still get the set effect.

New JUMP Character Level: 180 --> 200

Characters now start with Transup 3 quest completed.

Characters now start with Meister + Grand Meister 1 quests completed.

El-Mar Event Updated --> Lesser Leviathan x Ghosts!

Lesser Leviathan (whale) will spawn every 3-5 hours in the center of El Mar.

An announcement will display on all channels a few seconds before the boss spawns

BALANCING

We understand that some matches are not balanced well and are working on having this improved. There will be some DK-Square related hot-fixes that won't require full server restarts and be quicker than waiting until the next update.

IMPORTANT -- BALANCING IMPROVEMENTS WILL NOT BE APPLIED IMMEDIATELY. Instead they will be applied in 1-2 days without server restarts or maintenance. Thank you for your patience.
General Improvements

Updated several dungeons to newer versions. This includes better EXP for monsters part of those dungeons, improved flow, and more fun.

Improved map accuracy and names in system messages and PK notifications

Major Text Fixes

We have developed a new AI tool to help us correct text errors, translation errors, and missing text.

Over 5000+ text strings have been improved or fixed.

More improvements will be made with every update since our new tool makes it much faster.

Chinese Translation
-
Several corrections have been made in the Chinese client. However, the much bigger amount of improvements and corrections to the Chinese client will be made this month and early next month. We hope to be as close to perfection as possible.

Sound Improvements

"Cane Hawk" (Summoner + Concerra) --> Removed the sound that played on a loop while the buff was active.

"Speed" (Segita Hunter) --> Removed the sound that played on a loop while the buff was active.

Decreased volume of certain environmental sounds and skill effects to improve sound quality and decrease clutter

Other / Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug that caused visual issues with inventory UI and auto-arrange/sort.

Fixed a bug with some level 1-100 armor/wep shops causing client to crash.

Fixed a bug with the target UI

Fixed some map names that were incorrect

Fixed "Rice Cake Soup" ==> Fixed a bug that caused this not to stack correctly with other rice cake buffs.

Removed floor effect from White Infused Weapon Skin --> We have decided that going forward weapon skins will not include floor effects so that floor effects be exclusive to Talismans.
Performance Improvements

Fixed major issue that caused a delay in processing data between the client and server. This caused issues like characters teleporting or incorrect skill casting and affected all channels but impacted DK channels more.
