Intro

We're really excited for this update. It contains exciting challenges, events, and new mechanics. A huge thanks to everyone that contributed to this update and helped make it amazing. ❤️

Heads up, another update is planned for early next week. More exciting content, game modes, balance, and more coming soon.

Rising's Halloween Content Patch

Event 1: Mitera Terror Boss

Boss Information
- Mitera Terror will spawn randomly in Mitera. Announcements will be made both in-game and on Disccord when the monster appears. The location in the map will be revealed in the announcement, though, sometimes it will be unknown..
  - This event is NOT associated with Red Hole. That is separate.
- Boss Stats
  - Difficulty: High
  - Ownership: Disabled
  - Mechanics
    - Mitera Terror's attacks will strengthen the closer you are to defeating him, so be careful!
    - Spawns --> Mitera Terror can control spirits across Mitera, beware of other monsters he may control to fight on his side.
    - Oneshot AOE --> Keep an eye out for early warning signs! The terror can create bursts of energy notorious for large areas of fighters.

Drops
- Mitera Terror has a new drop system that guarantees the number of certain drops to ensure there are enough rewards for those powerful enough to defeat him.
- With the exception of two possible drops, drop rate is 100%.

Event 2: Frankenstein Hunt

** Starts Saturday when event card is sent to everyone. **

How to Play
1. Retrieve the Event Card from cash inventory. There is one per account.
  - IMPORTANT --> Event Card will be sent early Saturday to all players.
2. Hunt "Frankenstein" to complete the objective. Once you have all 10 stamps, the Reward button will activate.
3. Click the Reward button and a chest will spawn! Your prize is inside. Be careful, don't let others steal your treasure!

Where is Frankenstein?
- Frankenstein will spawn in various spooky locations. Some will be announced, some will not.
- Additionally, Frankenstein Spawn Events will also be held and announced in-game
- Locations:
  - DK-Square + Draco Battle
  - Mitera (around teleporter)
  - Dead Front
  - Ice Castle
  - Secret locations 🙂

Rewards
- Win rewards each time you complete the box.

Zuto Battle & PvP System Improvements

Invisibility Cancellation Mechanic Rising Exclusive
- We've developed a mechanic to dispell (cancel) summoner invisibility in certain situations where it is necessary. This was most frequency suggested for Zuto Battle, where stones could be captured while invisible even immediately after the previous capture.
  - Cancellation Warning:
    - If the cancellation mechanic is triggered, an buff icon will flash for 5 seconds before invisibility is cancelled.

- Zuto Battle --> Added Invisibility-Cancellation Mechanic
  - Invisibility cancellation mechanic will be triggered when a summoner walks within 5 meters of any of the 5 Zuto Stones.

Red Monkey Captain's Earring

Red Monkey Captain's Earring --> Added to Rising Helion Exchange
- Rank options are not maintained since the upgraded version has non-dynamic stats.
  - 2x +10 Red Monkey --> 1x Red Monkey Captain

QoL Changes, Bug Fixes

Daily Quests --> Fixed a bug that caused an error when trying to complete some daily quests.
Anima Secret Remedy --> Now stacks to 9999.
Party PvP --> Fixed an issue that caused people to have issues starting Party PvPs.
- Event buffs may be deleted after event period.

DK Square / Draco Battle
- Boss Plant buff is now the same buff as the other boss (Revelator).
  - ~~Max HP +30%, Skill Cooldown Speed -5%~~
  - PvP Damage +40%, Skill Cooldown Speed -5%

HP Potions: 10% --> 20%
- All 10% HP potions have been changed to 20%.
  - Any existing 10% HP potions in your inventory, stash, or bag have been increased to 20%.

All Best Fish Box (350x ea.) added to D-Shop

Tower of Magic -> Re-Added Grade EXP
- Monsters will now give grade EXP as they did previously. Thank you @BlueCheeze for your report.

Perpetus Farming -> Improved Drops
- Conjurer Edward → Now will drop a minimum of 2x Corrupt Essence, up to 2-5.
  
  Lab Chief Verdia →Now will drop a minimum of 2x Sal Crystalline , up to 2-5.
Segita Hunter Elemental Arrows/Bolts
- Crafting Time Decreased: 30 Seconds -> 1 second
- Craft Requirement Decreased: 6th Grade Lead --> 2nd Grade Lead
  - 5%/7%/9% Elemental Arrows and Bolts can now be crafted with only 2nd grade lead (instead of 6th grade lead).
