Real money trading.  This is a bannable offense.

I didn't trade any real money.... I registered in 2022.11.
I topped up 50 euros to dshop in January.
Later, I bought what I farmed from players for dill.
I had 2 main accounts with which I farmed a lot and traded items and dill between each other.

Is that why you got banned? I think it's a bad joke that I didn't even get a meaningful answer from the support.....

You'd have to ask dm Nitex for the specifics.  There is a system that monitors all dil flow via agency, direct trades, personal shops, and even dils dropped on the floor.  It must have flagged a specific activity you did as suspicious, hence why you were banned.  No warnings for rmt, as far as I know.

I already wrote to support, but they didn't even reply.
I understand that there is such a system, but I can move anything between my characters. And what can I sell in my shop/agency? Or are there any specific rules for these? Because I haven't read about them anywhere.
It is interesting that after the start of the server, those who went into full op stuff after 1 week were not affected by anything, and with a quantity of farm items that were impossible to reach in a couple of weeks with a normal game, when I voiced them I was hooked, now I am being put out by a stupid because of the program.

Browse down and go to RMT detection, this is where this system was first mentioned as well some info about it.  Of course, to prevent bypassing the system, Nitex will likely not release the specific parameters used by the RMT detection, but an example would be selling a trash item for 30b in agency (as stated in discord) - a red flag for real money trading.  Just dm Nitex on discord to appeal your case if you really didn't do RMT.

So if I put something in my store and someone accidentally buys it, is that why it's already in? This is a bad joke, and the person who came up with this is stupid.
I don't think anyone has anything to do with who sells what and for how much in their store or agency.
I "try sold,, for example, a +8 as op ring for 100b.... is it already banned? It's all really quite abnormal nonsense..... Since it's my item, I set the price of everything I put in the store.
I would like to add that for several days now there has been no response from support, but not even an email for what reason and with reference to what.

Note that the system is constantly learning, it probably won't ban you immediately if you sell an item for op price via agency the first time, but if you keep on doing other things that the system deems as suspicious, the accumulation would certainly get you auto-banned.  None of us know the specifics of RMT detection, you'd really need to dm Nitex on discord and prove your case.
