The link of the below patch notes wont let me download the launcher fix.

    I have same problem, 

    My windeff is off and so do the antivirus, 

    I have copy-paste the link to folder launcher, but it not works, after the launcher pop out, it force closed and nothing happen, 

    What must i do?
