Anyone have this problem , windows 10  fresh install.  Everything updated

    if anyone else is having this issue after a fresh install or windows,  i needed  to download  two files and install them in to the computer they are from microsoft website 

    X86 https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Permalink for latest supported x86 version
    X64 https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

    make sure to install both.
