installed new launcher

Hello,  I installed the new launcher, and after it downloaded it started to install then nothing happened back to my windows screen.. i waited about 5 mins nothing changed so i  did it again and  it did the same thing.  old launcher wont work and  neither will the new one .. i am running windows 11 pro .  i am doing a fresh download right not to see if that helps..

1) Go to the game folder
2) Go to the launcher folder

3) Run the file called "VCRedist64.exe" and install the microsoft package
