Hey, did the server reset in the last 2-3 years? I can't log into my old accounts and log in info is now email not the username.

Spent hundred of dollars on my old account, kind of sad that i can't access it anymore... Would love to start playing again but I just want to know what happened to my old accounts.

 

Can someone maybe explain? Support doesn't seem to reply, sadly.
