• Teleport to the Frozen Valley of Vengeance and head to the Giant Tunnel. (Behind the habitat of Kof Giant)

ADMISSION

• 3 times a day

• Party type: 3 players (Dungeon admission ticket is required to enter)
• Easy Mode : Party of 3 players, level 150 or above

DUNGEON PROGRESS

• Waiting time after entering the dungeon: 1 minute (Progress to play 10 seconds after all 3 party members has entered the dungeon)

DUNGEON ENTRANCE

- The blue barrier will disappear when all the party members have entered or the waiting time of 1 minute has elapsed.

AREA 1 : FINDING THE KEYS

- The total number of keys dropped will be 3. 3 members of the party can open the iron door even if the keys are held separately.
- The first set of keys will be dropped from one of the Ginger Cookies, Choco Cookies and Doby monsters.
- After all keys are collected, you can open the iron door barrier (it can be done by whoever among the party members)

AREA 2 : FINDING THE MAIN FACTORY KEY
- Players can acquire the secret key from one of the gift boxes in this area, it will open the iron door to go through to Area 3.
- Open the gift boxes on the ground whilst avoiding the traps of monsters and flame to find keys
- The iron door can be opened by the character holding the key which was acquired from Treasure Box.

AREA 3 : DEFEAT RUDOLPH MAN / FINDING THE FORCE STONES
- Defeat the mid boss- Rudolph Man at the end of this Area, the monster gets 1 fixed damage, unless you acquire a Force Stone to defeat it faster.
- You can acquire Santa Karon's Energy Force Stone by opening nearby gift boxes.
- Having the Force Stone increases the fixed damage and make defeating Rudolph Man faster.

FINAL AREA : DEFEAT SANTA KARON
- Boss Santa is a stong monster that applies % damage to health of characters
- It uses a wide scale skill, so defeat it while avoiding any wide scale skill.

Pet Revamp

Important: Pet system is subject to change.

We're excited to release the pet system. The pet system is meant to be hard, but not impossible. A big problem we found (and fixed) was the fact that strong pets were extremely difficult to obtain. We have fixed this by increasing the rate on all pets that were extremely rare. It's important to note that pets should be one of the last things to work toward when building a character. For this reason, we have designed the system to be easier but also maintain some of its difficulty.

• RNG Removal
  • Increased rate of getting a Unique Egg (Socket) when combining two Unique pets.
  • Increased the rate of getting the better pets from Unique Egg and Unique Egg (Socket). Lowest original value was 0.06% chance. Minimum now is 8%.
  • New "Best Pet-Gems Randombox" -- all gems inside have the same % and it only includes the best pet gems (unlike the original box that included 15+ useless items and was almost impossible to get the best gems)
  • Pet Combination Success Rate (Normal + Normal -> Rare Pet) increased to 20% to make a rare egg (was 5%)

D-Shop Bullions: Trade D-Shop Coins!

We're excited to announce a custom-built system completely new to Dekaron - a way to trade D-Shop coins. This will benefit the entire community, improve the economy, and help our F2P players!

• What are D-Shop Bullions?
  • D-Shop bullion can be right-clicked to be redeemed for coins. They are tradable.
  • |||
• How do I use them?
  • D-Shop bullions can be bought from the D-Shop.
    • 1000 D-Shop Bullion = 1,000 Coins
    • 5000 D-Shop Bullion = 5,000 Coins
  • To use them, all you need to do is right click and open the box.
    • Once used, it will take 1-5 minutes to receive the coins. To receive them immediately you can re-client.
    • Once the coins are sent, the used D-Shop coin will expire.
• Are they tradable?
  • Yes. You can trade them until they are used. Once they are used, they will no longer be obtainable.

RMT Detection

On Rising we want to ensure a fair playing experience for everyone. Trading items on the black market (RMT) is against the rules and we are going to start taking action on it. This is the only warning that we will provide about RMT: any participating (buying or selling) in RMT is against the rules and will result in a super-ban (all accounts + IP + other data that we have).

• We are using a custom-built machine learning classifier algorithm to scan trade logs and detect RMT. The model uses reinforcement-learning and will get better at detecting RMT as we continue to take action on it (which improves the model).
  • The data we used to train the model is all of the logs generated since the server started.
  • The model has been running for nearly a week.
  • The model assigns a confidence score for every trade.
    • The model does not automatically ban accounts (yet) but will do so in the future. For now, all RMT bans will be issued after manually reviewing the trades that were flagged by the model.
    • Eventually (when the model is good enough) we enable it to take action by itself.

RNG Removal from D-Shop Items

Problem: The existing Grace/Glory boxes (although gave the chance of giving Graces/Glories from 15% - 40%) mostly gave the lower percentages. We improved it with the last update, but we decided that it was not enough.

Important Notes

New Player Experience / RNG  Removal

Costumes & crests are a huge aspect of the game and are essential for PvP content. For this reason, we are making it easier to obtain non-endgame crests that are essential to make a player viable in PvP/PK.

We will continue to work on removing RNG content. In this update we have focused on lessening the RNG content of certain pieces of certain armor/accessory items. We've also improved some farming aspects.

We're extremely excited to share with you Rising A31: a completely new experience with almost every mechanic working as it should.

What is open beta?

Open beta just means that we will be rapidly updating the server with content fixes and bug fixes. It does not  mean that characters will be wiped after open beta. We've done our best (through closed beta testing) to make sure that there are (hopefully) no major bugs. However, there is still a lot to do and we will need to be applying updates rapidly to fix bugs and make improvements. We will do our best to not interrupt your play-experience too much, but there is a chance that some downtime may be needed if we find something that needs to be fixed.

Account Registration

Game accounts are the same as web accounts now. After you create an account, you must validate your email in order to be able to log in. We recommend using the same email you did on Rising, but it's not required.

What will happen to Rising A9?

Nothing! We understand that some players may not enjoy the upgraded files. Rising A31 is also significantly different from A9 -- and may change rapidly or incur downtime due to beta. Rising A9 will continue running and nothing will be deleted. Those that prefer the A9 play-style can continue to play A9 and those that want to try out A31 can play A31. You can even play both, or play A9 if A31 is down for maintenance.

Will items transfer from Rising A9 -> Rising A31?

While we understand the desire to transfer items from A9, we've decided against it for a couple of different reasons. First, the A31 files are extremely different, and the items transferred wouldn't be very helpful -- especially since things may change during beta. Secondly, we have a lot of new players joining, and we didn't want to put them at such a severe disadvantage.

Instead, we've prepared a level-jumping event along with a jumping package that includes the second to end-game set, a bunch of D-Shop items, 500% Exp amulet, costumes, holy water, weapon boxes, and more. All jump characters will start at level 180 instantly.

Donation Transfers

All donations made in the past 45 days on Rising A9 will be transferable to Rising A31. The way it will work is simple: if you donated on Rising, you will be credited the amount of the donation on A31 (and you can keep the coins you got on A9). Please create a support ticket and make sure to log in with the same email as used on Rising. Please also include the invoice ID.

100% Fairness - No [GM] Team

We're doing something new with Rising A31. For the time being there will not be a GM team. This removes the possibility for any sort of abuse or unfair advantage. All events will be held using a tool we've created and all commands that will be enabled will be logged.

Why Rising A31? A new experience: No P2W, No RNG

We've made everything that gives a competitive advantage available outside of the D-Shop and removed a large part of the RNG content. Basic Transcendance Costumes, for example, give the same stats as Transcendance costumes and are available outside of the D-Shop at Rising Helion NPC.

Future Updates, Siege, and Zuto Battlefield

We have a lot of updates planned but we'll primarily be focusing on bug fixes for a while. We have disabled some content (such as mounts, pet upgrading, emblems) until we've revamped them.

Siege will be announced a few weeks after open beta along with Zuto Battlefield. Zuto Battlefield is a new system (similar to capture the flag) and supports 100 v 100 players at a time. We can't give a date yet, but we are going to monitor progression and announce these features in 2-4 weeks.
